When uploading your photos to use for the yearbook, they will be spotted in two separate locations. Our site recommends the following types of photos ( JPG, PNG, HEIC, and PDFs).

The first location will be under the “manage photos” section in your photo categories you have set up.

The second place your photos will be located is in the EDONext designer. To navigate to the designer you will click on “manage ladder” in the manage tab. Then click on the “edit” button to open the designer. 

Once in the designer, click on the “images” tab on the left side of the page.

There you will click on the category you uploaded your photos to and you will see the list of all of your photos you can choose from to place in the book. 

• Note that sometimes photos taking longer then others to upload. So if the photos do not appear right away, they may take a few minutes to show. If photos take longer then 15 mins to appear you should contact your account manager for assistance.
