How to Re-order More Books
The guide on to re-order more books or make a re-order with changes
Part 1) Placing a Re-Order
Sold out of yearbooks and need to order some more? Awesome work! Here is how to place a re-order:
First, please log into your project and click on the “Manage” tab and go to “Yearbook Home.” There you will click on the “Re-Order More Books” button on the top right of the page.

Once there, you will see the re-order form. Begin by clicking on the delivery button; this will allow you to enter the delivery address and date for your new order of books. Be sure to click Save Delivery Information to save your choices. Note: You can click the Edit Delivery Information button if you need to change the address or date. You can only do this before you submit the re-order.

Select your book quantity with the Number of Books dropdown menu. Note: If you order under 20 books, there is an additional $50 set up fee. If you order 20 books or more, that setup fee is waived. The minimum amount of books you can order is 5.

When it comes to the Final Payment Method, you can choose credit card and the card we have on file will be charged so that you books go straight to production. If you are going to submit a check, please select that option from the dropdown. Our billing department will then send you an invoice once the order is processed.
Part 2) How to make a Re-Order with Changes
The books have arrived and they look beautiful. However, you noticed that you left someone out, misspelled some names, or any other combination of mistakes. What can you do? Don't worry, we got your back! You can place a re-order with changes (creative name, we know). This means you'll be able to edit any of the pages, make your fixes, and then re-order more books with the new changes you made.
To get started, contact your yearbook support team and let them know you need to open the book to make a correction and place a reorder with changes. The project will be opened for editing so you access the pages to make the necessary changes just like you could before you approved the book for production.
Once you make the fixes to the book, follow the steps from Part 1 at the top of this help article.
Note: There is a $50 fee to open the book back up outside of the cost per book, and this will stack with the aforementioned $50 set up fee that we mentioned earlier in the article. If you have questions, our tech support team will be able to answer them.
