There are two methods of printing your yearbook pages on hand. These methods are best for judging layout and formatting, rather than judging color and photo quality. If you are looking for ways to check photo resolution or are concerned about how a color will print, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to provide more information about other available options. 

How to request a proof you can print at home-

Here we will show you how to get a printable proof of your ladder directly to your email so you can print at your home or office. 

1. Log in to the site and go to the Manage Tab
2. Click Manage Ladder
3. Click “Preview Book”

4. Then in that pop up menu scroll under the flipbook preview of your project to find the Request a New Preview section. In the entry field list the email you would like the preview to be sent to. Then click the blue “Generate New PDF Preview” button as shown below! If possible avoid saving pages of your project while the preview is generating (usually takes about 5 - 10 minutes)

When the proof is done loading you should see an email in your inbox with the subject line “Digital Yearbook Pdf Proof Ready To Download” feel free to copy that and search your inbox for this email. You may need to check your spam folder. The email will give you the links for download and printing!

Tip from your yearbook team: The emailed pdf proofs are great for printing out people pages and distributing them to your teachers for student photo and name verification!

Steps to Print a Single Page

1. Open the page you want to print in the designer.
2. Look at the lower-left corner of the screen and click on Page Details. 

   

     3. Scroll down until you see the option for Print Preview. Click it to open the page in a printable format, then you can use your browser’s print options to print the page.

✅ For best results, ensure your printer settings are adjusted for full-page printing.
