🧩 Filter Criteria Overview
You can filter photos using the following options:
🔖 Tag
Select a tag such as Staff, Club Members, or any custom label applied in Manage Photos. Tags help group photos by role, activity, or category.

📸 Photo Status
Each photo is assigned a status to help you manage review and selection:

- All shows every uploaded photo, regardless of status.
- New includes recently uploaded photos that haven’t been reviewed yet. These may still need tagging or approval.
- Use means the photo is approved and ready for inclusion in the yearbook or final layout.
- Consider flags photos that might be usable but need further review, often due to quality or relevance.
- Discard marks photos that won’t be used, such as duplicates, low-quality images, or irrelevant submissions.
- Error indicates a failed upload or corrupted file that needs re-uploading or correction.
- Liked highlights photos marked as preferred by reviewers, often standout submissions.
🔃 Order By Options
Use the Order By dropdown to sort photos and streamline your review:

- All shows all photos without applying a sort order.
- Newest displays the most recently uploaded photos first.
- Oldest shows the earliest uploads first.
- Photo File Name A–Z sorts photos alphabetically by file name.
- Like Count prioritizes photos with the highest number of likes.
👤 Uploaded By
Use this filter to view photos submitted by a specific contributor. You can search by uploader name or email address, especially helpful when managing submissions from multiple photographers, staff members, or student accounts.

🔄 Reset to Default
Click Reset to Default to clear all filters and restore the original sort order and view. This is helpful when you want to start fresh or undo custom settings.
