To contact tech support, click on the "Help" tab, then select “Contact Support”. From there, you'll see all available tech support options, including call and chat.

You can also ask for assistance while working inside the designer through the Chat Support button located at the bottom right of the page.

A dialog box will appear and prompt you to enter the following information:

Once you've filled out the form fields:

  • Your Name
  • Email Address
  • School/Organization Name
  • Department: Please choose Tech Support from the dropdown menu.

You can go ahead and click Start Chat to begin the conversation with our Tech Support Representative.
