Keeping your layouts clean and professional is easy with Entourage Yearbooks’ alignment tools. Follow the guide below to make sure all your boxes, photos, and text frames are perfectly aligned on your page.

Why Alignment Matters

Consistent alignment helps:

Create a polished, visually balanced page

Improve readability

Maintain a cohesive yearbook style

Step-by-Step: Aligning Frames Using the Multi Tool

1. Select Multiple Frames

Right-click anywhere on the page.

Choose the Multi Tool (the arrow with the small plus sign).

Drag to select the frames you want to align by row or by column.

2. Open the Arrange Toolbar

Once your frames are selected:

Go to the Arrange toolbar at the top of the editor.

You’ll see options like Align Left, Align Center, Align Top, Distribute Evenly, etc.

3. Choose Your Alignment

Use the alignment button that fits what you need:

Align Left / Right – For vertical rows

Align Top / Bottom – For horizontal rows

Align Center / Middle – For overall alignment

Distribute Horizontally / Vertically – To evenly space your frames

Tip: You can always undo your changes in case you ended up picking the wrong alignment!
