As yearbook advisors work on pages in EDOnline, they should be reviewing as often as possible in a few different ways.

The most common ways to review your pages include:

First, clicking the page thumbnail preview (or click Preview) on Manage Ladder to view it larger. This will give you a larger view to quickly check larger text and headlines on the page, but may not be the best option to check smaller text, like names or copy.

Second, at the top of Manage Ladder is an option to Preview Yearbook:

Clicking this button will take you to a page where you can view a Virtual Flash Flipbook of your pages at the top or you can generate a PDF Proof copy of the book below:

It does take a 5-10 minutes to generate this preview, but once it is done, you can download the PDF of the book and save it to your computer to print and share. Please note: This PDF version of the book is slightly down sampled (a bit lower resolution) and has a watermark on it. You should receive an email to the provided email address once the preview is ready to view/download.

There also will be a new button generated on the Preview Book page where you can download the PDF Proof:

Lastly, also at the top of Manage Ladder is an option to Print Pages!

This will allow you to print pages directly from the website as opposed to working with sharing a PDF with your class.  very handy once you start finishing up the yearbook and need a quick look through!
