Where to Add Captions in Manage Photos Where to Add Captions in EDONext How to Add Caption Text Boxes to the Page

If you have ever wondered whether you can link a caption to a specific photo in EDONext, the answer is yes. Instead of placing a separate text box on the page, you can attach captions directly to photos using Manage Photos or in the Designer Quick Menu.

This feature helps keep captions connected to the correct image, improves organization, and makes layout adjustments easier since the caption stays tied to the photo. In this article, we will walk through how to add captions in Manage Photos and why using this method can streamline your design process.

Where to Add Captions in Manage Photos

Go to the Manage Tab and select Manage Photos

Find the photo you want to caption and click on it

In the Content Details pop up window, you can type a caption below the photo and click the red Save Caption button

Adding captions in manage photos is great for users who you do not want to give designer access to.

Where to Add Captions in EDONext
