Editing Student Information

There are two ways to edit student information in the Designer, depending on whether the student has already been flowed onto a page or not.

If the student is already flowed onto the page:

Select the name frame of the student you wish to edit.

From the Quick Menu, click People Action.

Update the necessary information and save your changes.

If the student has not yet been flowed:

Navigate to Manage People Data.

Locate the student in the list and click on their photo.

Edit the details as needed, then save your changes.

Tip: Always double-check and head into the page(s) that were changed to verify that updates are reflected on the page.
