What is AM Design services? This is the option for schools to work with an Entourage Artist one on one to create a unique yearbook experience tailored to their needs. AM SPA services offers professional cover designing, collateral theme element designing, portrait page assistance, and can help polish off your yearbook design to ensure your yearbook can be the best it can be. 

Who is this right for? Building a yearbook can be a difficult and time consuming task. This is great for first time advisors, solo advisors, or someone who is looking to add some professional design flair to their yearbook. HOW TO GET STARTED/PROCESS

Step 1) Reach out to your account manager with your choice of service by the service request deadline.

Step 2) Your account manager will send you a form to fill out. Please fill out the form in its entirety. 

Step 3) Once the form has been received, an Entourage Artist will reach out to you to confirm the details of your project. 

Step 4) The Entourage Artist assigned to your project will send you a draft of your service request in 1 week of your Artist confirmation. 

Step 5) Any necessary revisions will take 1 week. *Collateral & Portrait page Requests are allotted 1 revision. Covers are offered 2 revisions. Any additional revisions are available at $50 per artist hour used. 

Step 6) Your final product will be uploaded into your account with directions to use if applicable. Please be sure to review all requested services and proof any work done. 

FAQs

What if I need more revisions than noted under the service? 

-Additional Artist Hours are available to purchase for $50 per hour

What if I am not satisfied with the work done? 

-Reach out to your Account Manager ASAP to discuss solutions and review your request. 

How is this invoiced? 

-A separate line item will be applied to your invoice. You can request a separate invoice if needed. 

How do I know who my Artist is? 

-Your artist will reach out to you via email after your form has been received. If you have not received an email from your artist within 1 week of your request, please let your account manager know. 

Do you offer more assistance than the services listed? 

-Reach out to your account manager or sales rep for more information on our SPA design services. SPA can focus on multiple service requests or full book builds. Read more about our SPA services here.
