How to Access Version History How to Restore a Page If a Version Will Not Restore When to Contact Support

Mistakes happen! If you've designed a page and either yourself or someone else accidentally deleted it, or your computer decides to shut down on you, there is a way to recover it!

Our software uses an autosave system to hopefully alleviate some of these instances. If your work has been deleted or you need to find a different version of the page you made, you can go to Page History. This button is located on the right of the top task bar.

*Please note people pages cannot be restored

How to Access Version History

Open the EDOnline page designer.

Navigate to the page you want to restore.

On the top right, click Page History.

You will see a list of previously saved versions, each with a timestamp.

How to Restore a Page

Review the available versions.

Click the version you’d like to recover.

The page will reload using that saved version.

If a Version Will Not Restore

Sometimes, a version may fail to load because something broke while saving.
If that happens:

Try restoring an older version.
Often the next available version will restore successfully.

Avoid making changes on the affected pages until the restoration is complete.

When to Contact Support

If none of the versions load or the “Restore” button is missing:

Reach out to Entourage Support.

Provide:

  • School name & account ID
  • Page numbers affected
  • What happened before the error appeared

A support ticket may be sent to the Web Team for deeper recovery.
